Prius is still a very popular car for its economy driving performance.  Toyota got damaged on their production schedule by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. That influenced on New Prius Wagon Car’s release in the market.  However, after the long delay of sales launch,  Prius α ( Prius Alpha) is to be on market finally.

Prius is the top selling car in Japan now, but if I dare to find a fault on it, Prius doesn’t have enough types for varieties of car users.  Here, the new wagon type Prius is ready to go.

I personally like outdoor type car.  With new Wagon Type Prius introduction into car market, this would be one of my next future choices when replacing present car with new one.

Japanese people are now keen on eco-life together with the disaster recovery, so that new Prius already got more than 10,000 pre-orders before its introduction into car market.

I would love to drive it if a chance comes.

Shintaro Ishihara is a Japanese politician, who is governor of Tokyo metropolis at this moment. He used to be a novelist in Japan and some of his books created sensation at their publishing time.  Maybe because of this career of his background, his remarks at any lectures often make people consider something.  He sometimes uses a little complicated words for standard people but it’s because he expresses in detail by using right vocabulary.

He as a sole politician gave a suggestion in a paper about Japanese now and future.  The timing of his contribution is just by the earthquake in Japan, and he put emphasis on the wrong life style of Japanese people after the war.

Ishihara says that Japanese relied on the USA, who bombarded Japan with Atomic bombs, which was a cynical aspect of Japan because Japan needed American support on Nuclear Power technique even though the USA used Atomic Bombs to kill Japanese people.  Now Japan again is suffering from the American nuclear management, in a sense, as Japan relied on the USA.

He asks why we needed American support so much.  He also points out that what we enjoyed after that war was just a cheap valued prosperity of society.  Do we really need what we use now ?  Aren’t we happy without them ?

His point of view is, in a sense, right.  That’s often pointed out by many Japanese, not only by wise men but also by average people. We all, maybe, doubt if our life style after that war was happy enough.

Now we are in shortage of electricity, and earthquake brought the shortage of oil, food, and information.  But if we look back 50 years ago, we didn’t have them all.  We could live without much electricity, much food, or much information.  In a different word, we could live as we were, not had to become like cool and stylish with such selfishness or useless vanity.

I don’t always agree to Shintato Ishihara.  But recently, I nod to his comments often.

Looking at recent Japan through media,  what I felt most was that we, of course “me” most of all, are incapable in our society.

We may be able to help each other in this kind of crisis time, but we can’t change Japan.  We may know a little about what they do in government, but all we know is only the permitted information by government or bigger power of Japan.  Most of the games we are involved is carried on beyond our awareness.  Maybe most of us even don’t know if what we see or hear is truth or not.

In the shoes of ours, it’s totally impossible to make our life better by our own hands.

Obviously what I see these days on TV doesn’t look real, it’s like a theater play somewhere. Without real understanding where we are, we can’t move to right direction.

Today I was watching TV and thought it’s vague, really unclear.  I want to know what’s going on here in Japan, really.

This is just my whispering like a diary of mine.  Some kind of stress now takes me.  It’s maybe because of the disaster in Japan, but I can’t say that’s all the cause for my stress.

Recently I often look back how I spent time up until now, which I didn’t used to do.  It partly means that I have already stood on my life stage to look back my past time.

I’m 51. Before knowing my age, people around me started changing.  My parents are really old now, when I remember them, comparison between the difference of images or when they were young and their present time often annoys me.  Things around me tells me that I grew old before I notice my time.

Many who I know, no matter who they are like stars or intimate persons, die from time to time.  Time walked when I was a child, but now time runs away leaving me behind.  This is the feeling I’ve never experienced.

Now Japan is in a long vacation time called GOLDED WEEK.  Until May 8th, people enjoy relaxing vacation this year.  I stay home even through this vacation with my family who need care from somebody.   Without exception, I enjoyed long vacations over this time of Golden Week each year in the past of my life.  But not now.

I don’t complain of it because it’s my duty and a kind of life destiny,  or a kind of task I have to take.  Aging brings fate to us people.  I’m no exception and no different from them.

I will be glad to lay myself with the fate and gladly spend time with it from now.  This would be my next or final stage that I must step on.  Thank you My God.

Miki Ando is again back as world champion of figure skating competition at ISU World Figure Skating Championships 2011.  Miki Ando used to be a little nervous and naive type sport woman, but as far as recent her attitude is concerned, she probably has overcome her weakness inside herself.

Her words at interviews are filled with something positive, and it proves her life is in some ways content. Congratulations !

On the other hand, Miki Ando’s colleague, Mao Asada is somewhat lost.  Her face we saw through the tube of TV seemed being a little shadowed by spiritual darkness.  Apparently her performance was not brilliant as she used to, and it was certain that she was not satisfied with the result of her performance when she was finished it.

Mao Asada is a very tough girl although she is still 20 years old.  Actually she got silver medal at Vancouver Olympic in spite that at that time she had not made successful result before the Olympic games.  She has ability to overcome it just like Miki Ando does.

Miki Ando’s win was a pleasure for sports fans of Japan today.  We will expect her to continue her skating in this way, and also expect Mao Asada would come back to the top stage that she should stay on.
