I’m not a specialist of the outer space. But I’ve heard of a name called DARKMATTER.
In the Universe, it’s said there are many unknown and invisible objects, and one of the invisible but existing objects is called Darkmatter.
Darkmatter is thought to be an very important thing because it may decide the fate of the Universe. For example, the Universe is believed to be expanding now, but some say it may be shrinking again in the long future.
On this decision, if it would be expanding forever or if it would be shrinking back again to the original size ( very small !), the Darkmatter is thought to be playing a very inportant role.
If the Darkmatter is much enough in the space, the Universe may be powerful enough to pull all the space back to shrink.
I’m not sure if this theory is still valid because I’ve read it long time ago.
In Japan, Tokyo University made the machine to catch the darkmatter from the space ( photo) . If this works, they may be able to get a rough idea of the amount of darkmatter in the space. Also they may be reaching to an answer if the Universe would expand or shrink in the end.
We are children of the Universe. Sooner or later, we die and we fade away from the earth. We live in our life but the things keep living on the time of Universe. Our life is just a cutoff of the space time scale.
If my spirit keeps floating in the Universe, I would live to see the end of the Universe, and I want to see the birth of the next Universe… if possible.
