Atom is called Astro boy in the USA or in the world. This is a kind of our dream when we grew up in Japan after the deserted city of 2nd world war. The animator and the director, Osamu Tezuka, was a real genius, he went over the concept of animation at the time.
Rather than simply enjoying entertainment of the animation, we really received the strong and hopeful message from this work, Tetsuwan Atom or Astro Boy.
